Well, sorry - I don't have one.
Go back 8-years, and I was selling wealth management services through cold calls.
I spent 10 hours a day on the phone, trying to sell wealth management services for my boss.
It was gruelling, but I got an inside look into how people deal with clients, and how sales works. I took that experience, went out and started my own media buying agency for wealth managers. We wrote webinars for them, ran ads, and helped them close clients.
But I began to see the issue already:
People could book sales calls, and sign clients, but keeping them was a different beast.
Even the best wealth managers would churn clients left and right.
They spent 90% of their time doing the thing they hated - cold calling, networking, going to events.
And they did sign clients, but at the cost of their sanity.
I wanted to find an easier way.
So I spent years working on my business. My own skills. Finding the perfect balance between Profit, Time Freedom, and Client Results & Satisfaction.
So I launched a fractional operations agency, where I specialized in helping companies install better operations and systems, to create leverage in their business. I still run this agency, but after a few years of running it, and partnering with the biggest names in the space (JK Molina, Jordan Welch among many..), I decided to focus on what I love most:
Helping businesses keep their clients through longer.
Because what the internet gooroos won't tell you is that results aren't enough to compete anymore.
People value the emotions of using the thing more than the results the thing gets.
If you aren't satisfying people emotionally through your service, clients will leave.
When JK hired me, he was selling one-time high ticket deals. Clients wouldn't re-sell and results weren't that great.
Within a few months, we scaled up to over $150,000/month, with 75+ active clients paying us over $2,000/month.
Clients, who would normally stay for months, stayed for over 18+months.
Clients, who would normally pay a one time high ticket fee, paid us thousands monthly.
Inside of his program, I worked with over 100+ business owners, each of them getting access to my system.
Our retention was world class. Clients raved about the quality of our service:
"LAC has ruined other services for me. The quality of support, service, is unmatched."
And the business grew, while we both worked 30-60 minutes a day.
In that program, I worked 1:1 with 100s of clients further honing my system.
We built the business on the back of two core concepts:
1) We want to keep clients for years, not months, and
2) We want to work as little as possible, to achieve lifestyle freedom
We achieved both.
Eventually the business was so systemized, we stopped working together because we didn't need us both.
We went our separate ways, and he continues to pay me $50,000 per month to this day, for what we did together.
I don't need to work now. But I have a simple mission:
To help businesses build businesses around maximizing client Results, Retention, and owner freedom, and profit.
In other words...
To scale a business with good clients, who pay you for a long time, so you can get off the client hamster wheel, and stop chasing new clients.
Today, I live in Canada with my young family. I work an hour a day, at most two, I wake up every morning with an inbox full of happy clients, who love working with me, respect my boundaries and send me as many referrals as I can take. I still work hard, but I do it on my terms.
Because I have a system.
Listen. Most people as people love to complicate the process of scaling a business. Everyone sells sales info, marketing info.
I've made every mistake in the book.

Step 2: Deliver consistent results, with novelty of experience.
Step 3: Get referrals, and resell them.
Every person on the planet can sign a client. There are millions of people solving this problem.
